My practically brand new computer was very slow in booting up. The technician was able to connect remotely and delete many programs that were slowing it down and was able to speed it up noticeably. The technician took time to help me understand the changes he was making and why I was having such a problem. I needed help in diagnosing an error message I was receiving when booting up my computer. It turned out that a recent storm had damaged the floppy drive and a battery in the computer and I really only needed less than $30 in parts to fix it!
